Wild Flower Wednesday Challenge- Fall colors!!!

Today is another installment of Wild Flower Wednesday Challenge! This is number 29 and Fall Colors is the challenge!

I used Crisanta, a beautiful fairy! I colored her with my Derwent colored pencils and blended with OMS. Dp is Cosmo Cricket Garden Variety. I added some faux stiching around the edges with a white gel pen and paper piercing. Sentiment is from the All a Flutter sentiment set, all of these DIGIS are available at the Wild Flower Kids Store!!

Another NEW Critter preview for The Greeting Farm!!

Happy Monday!

Myself and my fellow AMAZZINGLY Talented TGF Critter Crew DT have more previews for you!! Yay!

Today I am using Rainy Duck which is another amazing image by Marina Neira for The Greeting Farm and will be available Sept 1st!!!

I have colored this sweet ducky with my Derwent colored pencils and used Papertrey Ink DP. This image seems to say little baby card to me but I went with a sentiment from Unity "Embrace each moment" I thought it was fitting since he is covering himself up from the rain but is still smiling! :)

Farm Fresh Friday sketch from Mercy AND a preview of NEW Marina Neira Images!!

This is a special Farm Fresh Friday today because The Greeting Farm is releasing NEW Marina Neira Images SOON!! The Critter Crew DT is showing previews of the new cuties coming out September!!

I chose to make a card with the New Huey and the Birdhouse! Isn't he a cutie!!?? He and Ivy make a perfect couple :)

I colored Huey with my Derwent colored pencils and used DP from cosmo cricket and My Mind's Eye lines. We had an AWESOME sketch from Mercy to use and I just LOVE all her sketches of course!!

Farm Fresh Friday Color Challenge!!

Happy Friday to all!!

I am back today with my Farm Fresh Friday post for The Greeting Farm!! This week Melyssa has given us a color challenge! Hawaiian Shores-PTI, Tangerine Tango and Kiwi Kiss-SU!

This was quite a tough one for me!! These are not colors I use very often lol!

Here is my try at it though :D

I used Randy with a Flower digi from Marina Neira for The Greeting Farm. He was so much fun to color! I used the primary challenge colors to color his clothes and hat. I cut out Randy with my Circle Nesties and then glued the hat on top of the cut out image! My lovely friend Donna does that quite often and need to give her credit for that idea! :D {Thanks chicka}
I used Kiwi Kiss cardstock, and DP from Cosmo Cricket Joy Ride. Randy was colored with my Derwent Colored pencils. Sketch is Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge #87!! Love them!

It is Wednesday again and time for another Wild Flower Wednesday Challenge! This week we were challenged to use Polka Dots!!

I grabbed Bella from the Fun in the Sun release back in June! She is ONLY 3 Bucks!
I colored her with my Derwent colored pencils to match the Cosmo Cricket DP polka dotted paper I used. I also used the sentiment from the Pretty in Pink WFK set! She looks ready for high school to me! Kept this pretty simple.

A little weekend coloring!!

Hi All!

I was coloring this weekend and made a card and colored some C.C Designs Kiki La Rue images!!

I was blog surfing a week ago and saw these DARLING images! They are available from All That Scraps and they are DIGIS and rubber!! I love digis, instant gratification here I come! :D

They are perfect for any little girl cards! Just pure sweetness!

For this card I went with a simple layout and grabbed some sweet dp from the Joy Ride Cosmo Cricket line and matched the colors with my Derwent colored pencils. Layered every layer with True Black CS from Papertrey Ink and used my Floral Lace edge punch from MS. Sentiment is from Unity Stamp Company. Simple but Sweet!

My First Official Critter Crew DT member Farm Fresh Friday post!!

Happy Friday the 13th Ooooooooo!

I am really really excited to bring you my first Farm Fresh Friday post as a new Critter Crew Designer Team member for The Greeting Farm!!!

This week on The Greeting Farm Blog Jess Diedrich challenge is "What's Your Lucky Number."

I dont know if I have ever specifically had a "lucky" number, there are lots of numbers that come up in my life though!

I went with 'ole number 2! Two is the number you associate with love, or adorable twins, or two Twix candy bars in one perfect... little... yummy... delicious... package! {Did I just go on and on there lol LOVE my Twix}

I used the ADORABLE Timmy and Penny dancing image from Marina Neira {of course}. It was just calling to me once I saw the challenge. I colored these cuties with Derwent colored pencils and used OMS to blend the many colors together. I used some PERFECT paper with numbers from "Joy Ride" from Cosmo Cricket. I used Mercy's Tuesday Sketch #86. The sentiment I typed up in MS Word and printed directly onto the Spring moss PTI cardstock.

Oh My Exciting News!!!!

I am a new member of The Greeting Farm's Critter Crew!!!!

WOW, right??!! I was completely floored when Jess Diedrich emailed me Wednesday morning!!

I have been telling everyone to Pinch me, I still don't believe it!!!

I am SOOOO excited to start working with more Marina Neira images AND work with the other AMAZING ladies on the Design Team!!

I would like to share the two cards I submitted as my entries for the TGF CC DT!

This one was featured on the TGF blog with the new team announcement!

This is the second card using Irvin Sax.

I really was feeling the simple clean look and let the coloring stand out. It must have worked :D

Wild Flower Wednesday challenge #27 and an official "I'm Back"!!!!!

Hey Everyone!
I am Sooooo excited to announce I am back full time on the Wild Flower Kids DT!

Jen was so gracious and caring to let me take a bit of a hiatus to get my personal life back on track, Thanks Jen {I Love you!}

I am happy to say my life is Better, Happy and Really Great!!

The last month has been filled with good news and things going my way. Which means more time for CRAFTING!! YAY!

So onto the challenge!

This week we have a sketch from Leigh Ann!

I took the sketch up a notch and used the circle panel for my image :) I guess I was feeling the circles for this card!!! hehe

I took the ADORABLE Sandcastle Violet {Available for only $3.00!} from the last release "Fun in the Sun" and colored her with my Derwent colored pencils and used my circle nestabilities to cut her out.

I kept going with the circles and used some Cosmo Cricket Garden Variety DP for the panels. I typed out the sentiment using MS word and tied it onto a twine bow.

Playing along with FFF at The Greeting Farm!!

Howdy all!
Since I have been working so hard lately with all the things going on in my life I figured I could take a coloring and crafting break! Yay!

I have really gotten hooked on the Marina Neira images that The Greeting Farm sells! I LOVE coloring up these little critters! and that they are mostly Digis, LOVE that!!

TGF is having a Critter crew DT call too, find out about that HERE. Wouldnt that be cool to work for TGF? So many talented woman on that team let me tell you!

I played along with TGF Farm Fresh Friday for August 6th, Cindy's Sketch.

I grabbed the Ivy Morning image available at TGF store HERE. Ivy is a fox and the only fox I have seen was a reddish color so I tried to capture the reddish tone of their fur using three different colored pencils and blended them a bit. Did I say how much I LOVE to color these critters?? :D It was sooo much fun! So anyways, the DP is Cosmo Cricket garden variety and the sentiment I just printed out using MS word. A bit of twine and paper piercing finished this card up. I made the card into a 5.5 x 5.5 square card.
