**Bat Girl**

Hey Everyone!
I am playing along with Simply Betty Stamps Challenge! I just absolutely LOVE these images!! I couldnt help but grab one now that Betty has the My Kids Emo World set as DIGIS!! Cheap easy fix! :D

The challenge is a sketch and it really had me stumped to tell ya the truth.. finally I pulled something together and I hope y'all like it!

I took Rio and colored her black and red using my Derwent colored pencils. I used DP from MME home line and cardstock from Papertrey Ink. I rounded only one corner on all the panels. The layer behind Rio is using a faux quilting technique using a paper piercer and a colored pencil. I typed the sentiment up in Word and printed it out. I think the font and phrase works well with her!

Here is a close up of Rio

Digis Used: Rio- Simply Betty Stamps
Paper Used: White, true black-Papertrey INk, DP-My Minds Eye home line
Ink Used: River rock-SU
Accessories Used: Colored pencils-Derwent, MM brads, ribbon, corner rounder

I had so much fun with this image and cant wait to grab more from Simply Betty Stamps!!! I LOVE them all!

Wild Flower Wednesday #23!

Howdy all!
This week I was able to get a quick card out for the WFW challenge! Yay!
I cant believe there has been 23 Wild Flower Wednesdays already!!!
This week is a sketch challenge from the talented Leigh Ann! LOVE it!

For my card I used Surfer Reed from Jen's newest summer line Fun in the Sun! This guy was so fun to color. You can buy all 6 images for $15.50 or individually for $3 an image!
I used my Derwent colored pencils to color him in. I have just been hooked on Making memories' Just Chillin line of DP, it goes so well with all the colors I love to use. I kept this really simple and let the image stand out. I typed the sentiment out in Word and printed it. Alittle PTI ribbon and paper piercing and card is complete! :)
Digis Used: Surfer Reed-Wild Flower Kids
Paper Used: White, dark chocolate-Papertrey Ink, DP-making memories Just chillin boy line
Accessories Used: Colored pencils-Derwent, edge punch-Fiskars, ribbon-PTI, OMS, blending stumps, circle punch-SU

**An ODD creation!**

Hey Everyone!!
Guess who's back...back again
Sorry channeling my inner Eminem LOL!

So looking around blogland I stumbled on these really adorable Digi stamps from Some Odd Girl, whats really cool is there is a Freebie every month! I gobbled this little guy up from the June freebie! There is a different freebie this month!
So this surfer dude's name is Kody and he is lovin the waves :)
I colored him with my Derwent Colored pencils and blended a bit with OMS. The sketch is from SCS287 a little altered of course. The challenge from Some Odd Girl challenge blog is a non traditional shaped card, no square or rectangles. I cut this circle out by hand. The dp I used is from Making Memories Just Chillin {boy} line. I added some ribbon and added a drop of crystal effects on each eye.
Here is a close up of my coloring.
